Variant Articles

Notice: If you have not already done so, please activate the SAWS Datamodel for Complex Articles Activation

Since cs16 supports multiclassing, now products can be assigned to multiple classes.
For configurable/variant products please assign the class SC_COMPLEX_ARTICLE_CLASS for the variant table and the SC_SHOPWARECLASS_VARIANT for the variant attributes:

The SC_COMPLEX_ARTICLE_CLASS and the SC_SHOPWARECLASS_VARIANT class are created automatically by activating the “Complex Articles Datamodel” see above.

You can find the attribute for Shopware variants in the CS Settings ->SAWSConnector Attribute and SAWSConnector classes

Navigate in the PIM Studio and open a variant product in the edit mode.
Set the Shopware product type to “Variant head”:

Now you can configure the variant items:

Notice: Here you will find the instructions how to fill the table for complex articles automatically.

Change in the tab “SAWSConnector”, to the table SC::Komplexer Artikel” and add variant products to the table:
