All datamap rows that you map are analyzed and weighted. When you map new rows in the future, you will already get the most applicable formatting plugins for your Contentserv project suggested.

When configuring a synchronization of any kind, often the same patterns are used. For example: A MAM reference is almost always exported with the MAM reference loop plugin and its URL.

That’s where the AI comes into play. The AI scans every configuration that had been made in your Contentserv system and uses this information to suggest the best fitting one to you whenever you configure a new row. This happens in the so-called Owl Assistant.

The AI learns from every existing configuration and especially from every import that is made via the Owl Assistant.

More features for the AI are developed at the very moment: We want to implement a system where it can learn from every user of the SAWSConnector for all users, regarding a strict privacy policy. Also – as already implemented in the Excel connector – based on templates the AI shall more and more alliviate the configuration of connectors entirely for other connectors (especially Shopware 6).
