Running and Monitoring Jobs

In the CS backend, navigate to the SAWSConnector module.

You can click on the “Run job” button next to the track of your job in order to run it:

Alternatively, click on the job you wish to run:

In the pop-up window, click on the “Start job” button.

In the window on the right hand side, you can check on the job status and the log file for further details:

You can monitor single sub processes by using the filter function (for example, filter by JobID to see all logs of a particular job – you can find the JobID next to the job’s name in squared brackets):

Details about a job, for example when it has failed, can be seen by clicking on the defaulted log entry. The details are shown in the window below:

The displayed error shows that a configurable product is missing. The connector synchronized the configured products but could not find the “parent” product (the “container product” that hosts all variants). If you click on the reference ID shown in the error message, you will be taken directly to the PIM product that caused the error:

Additionally, you can select to see the job statuses of the entire module; that includes all jobs of all stations. In order to do so, click on the “Log entries” button on the upper left handside of the SAWSConnector module:

You can use the filter function as shown above to specify your search.
