Export product cross-selling relationships

Datamap Configuration

 

There are two options to create cross-selling in Shopware 6.

Cross-selling via a CONTENTSERV Product reference attribute

Enable the row crossSellings in your product datamap.
Click the cogwheel to open the configuration.


Here map your CONTENTSERV cross-selling attribute to crossselling_1.

Open the sub configuration and enter the attribute again in the second row.

Save.

Attention, all referenced products have to exist in Shopware or the export won’t complete.

Run your Job.

 

Cross-selling via a Shopware Product groups

Shopware 6 offers another option for cross-selling.

In the Shopware 6 backend, you can create a Product Group based on these conditions.

If you want to use those, all we have to do is link our product up to this rule.

Enable the row crossSellings in your product datamap.
Click the cogwheel to open the configuration.

Here we are gonna map classMapping this time, and assign all products of our TV class a specific product group.

Click the cogwheel to open the sub configuration.

Now we can play around with the name just use any formating option resulting a name for your product group. You can just leave this for now after entering ClassMapping as well.

For the productStreamId click the cogwheel.

Select Category Product groups and follow the link below to the ShopwareVIx values.

Map your class to any desired product group.

Save everything and run the export.

You should now have another cross-selling tab in your products, which you can control via the Shopware 6 backend.

More than two cross-selling tabs.

If you need different or more cross-selling fields, just click the plus inside of the “Multiple Cross-Sellings Options” configuration.

Look through the configuration above and chance whatever you might need.
