Export prices

We are importing prices from an ERP system

If you manage prices in other software, you just need to change one setting. Select the price row, open the Settings, scroll down and set the field “Behavior if this object already exists in Shopware” to Do not send.

We want to/are managing our prices in CONTENTSERV

You might have noticed, all products having a price, but not one a customer would pay. That’s because the price is a mandatory field for Shopware.
If you want to manage your prices in CONTENTSERV we are supporting our own SAWS price tables.
See here how to configure those.
The following section will only explain the export side of prices, not how to maintain prices.
It will be assumed you having a valid SAWS price entry for your products.

Simple price

Lookup your language mapping for your datamap.
These fields are related to your prices.

Lookup your price entry for your product, and make sure it corresponds with your language mapping settings.

Now open the settings for your price row.

Go into each row and choose the price type.
Do this for every row, three times in total.
There are a lot more settings to find your correct price, which you can look up here.

Set the mode to “add”.

Start your export and check your new prices.

Bulk prices

Add a new row to your product datamap and Type in “prices” or “bulk” as the target. A dropdown with templates will open. Select bulk prices.

Save your datamap.
Now open the configuration for prices. (click the cogwheel)

Scroll down and set “Behavior if this object already exists in Shopware” to overwrite.

And click the cogwheel next to Loop values for SC::Prices.

Select your price types again.

The only thing left, is to make sure, your prices have the amount fields set.

Run your job and enjoy bulk prices.
