Dataflow export of SC::Tables

Ab der SAWSConnector Version 1.10. gibt es die Erweiterung des Dataflow Export Skripts von CONTENTSERV. Sie ermöglicht es die SC::Tables wie SC:Complex, SC::Channeltable, SC::Pricetable, SC::Stocktable, einfach und komfortabel zu exportieren.

Dazu navigieren Sie bitte in ActiveJobs -> Presets und legen ein neues Preset an:

Vergeben Sie einen Namen, wählen Sie das Script “Data Flow Export” und schalten Sie den Transformation Editor ein, um die Ausgabe-Spalten zu definieren:

Anschließend kann für jede Zeile die Ausgabe-Spalte definiert werden. Am Beispiel der Settings für die SC::Channeltable wird die Konfiguration erklärt:

Export Transformation Type Select the export field type Export of an SC::Channeltable
Workflow State State of the export type Productive
Channel attributes Select the attributes (of the export field type) to be exported ID, Linked CS Channels, Marketing channel
Filters Marketing channel Select the channnels to be exported german_customer
Course of action in the case of multiple found channels You can choose from 3 options  Export all found channels
Delimiter for multiple found entries (Default: line break) Enter a separator  ;
Standard format With these placeholders the output can be sorted {ScchannelID} {LinkedRecordIDs} {ChannelID}
Additional characters (e.g. delimiters) can be added to the export in the following notation:
{x}–{y}		 Design the output ChannelID: {ScchannelID}, Linked RecordID: {LinkedRecordIDs}, ChannelID: {ChannelID}
Sample Result Example of your configured output ChannelID: 109, Linked RecordID: , ChannelID: german_customer

Analog kann der Export von weiteren SC::Tables konfiguriert werden. Im “Export Transformation Type” wird angegeben, welche Tabelle konfiguriert werden soll:

Wie oben gezeigt, wird jeweils dazu die Spalte definiert:

Im Tab “Data Transformation” wählen Sie aus, welche Spalten Sie im Export haben möchten:
