Add/update SAWS table entry

Introduction

This format stores the compiled data as a SAWS table entry for the product specified by the “PdmarticleID.” Using meaningful, unique keys, existing entries are updated as needed. If no changes are required for an entry, it will not be updated (incremental update).

Configuration

The configuration appears after one of the following tables is selected.

FieldExplanation
SAWS TableSelect the table whose entries you want to edit
SAWS Table DataThe first row (default) is used to identifiy the product on which an entry should be added / edited .
To update a specific row in the selected table, you need to identify the exact row. Therefore you can activate the checkbox “Identifier”, then this row will be used to identify an exact entry.
The Target Column depends on the selected table.
You can add as many rows as you need to add / update values or to identify a specific row.
Behavior for maintaining table entriesOption to just add / just update or do both.

Example

The plugin will update entries, so we need either an external source (e.g. using the “Load data via REST service“-Format) or a condition to define if an entry should get updated.
For this example we will use an attribute to define what states all appended channels should get.

Product States contains a value from a value list to define the state. This value list gets combined with the “SAWSSalesChannelStates” table, to export a valid sales channel state. This is configured in the format plugin “CS::Unformatted value”, see the configuration below:

(How to configure the “Convert valueranges into each other”-Format)

Currently the product is “Online” and all channels are active. When changed to “Deleted” all channels will get the State “deactivated” after running an export with the configuration.
