Tabel List

The table list provides an overview over all created data of the Data Hub entity (Data Collections, API Keys, Filter, Formattings or Endpoints).

Actions

Reload Button

The reload button is in the top left corner of the table and fetches all table data again. The list does not live update, so when another user creates or updates data you have to reload to see the changes made.

Create Button

The create button is right beside the reload button and opens an empty editor.
The button will be disabled if you reached your package limit.
In the Endpoints table it will open an empty Endpoint Wizard instead.

Package Info Button

The package info button shows the current Data Hub plan you are subscribed to on hover.
If you want to know which plan fits your needs check out the Packages article.
This button is only shown if the current Data Hub entity is affected by the package type.

Edit Button

If your data is synchronized you can edit the data using the button in the last column in a row which looks like a pencil writing on a board. This will lead to editor

If you are in the Endpoints table this button is replaced with a magic wand and leads to an empty Endpoint wizard instead.

Delete Button

If your data is synchronized you can delete the data using the button in the last column in a row which looks like a trash can.
A dialog will open where you have to reassure you want to delete the data.

Danger: After you deleted the data you can not undo the process. The data will be deleted without a chance of recovery.

Other structures which reference the deleted data will not be deleted but will not work anymore.
If you want to know all references of the data go to the editor/wizard of the Data Hub entity.

Browser

The Browser button only exists in the Endpoints table list and leads to the Import/Export Endpoint Browser. It is in the last column located and is a globe icon.

Resend Button

If your data had an error during synchronization you can resend your changes using the button in the last column in a row with the counterclockwise arrow.

Revert Button

If your data had an error during synchronization you can revert your changes to the last synchronized state using the button in the last column in a row with the arrow which points to the left.

Filter

In the top right corner you will find the search bar to filter the table list. The search bar will look at every cell of the table. You can make a regex search if the input is a valid regex like  /[a-z]+/i.

If you hover over a header and the font color gets orange, the column has a column filter where you can sort the column or filter the column for specific column data.

Columns which have an applied column filter will have a blue filter icon in the header.

If the column is sorted it has an addition sort icon next to the filter icon.

To remove every filter click the filter icon next to the search bar. If no filter is active the button will be disabled.
