License Activation

The SAWSConnectors will now be activated easily and fast from a central management. If a SAWSConnector is not licenced, you will still be able to use it without functional cutbacks for testing purposes.

Merely the number of objects exported per job is limited to 10.

How to get the licence

To receive a license from SAWS please send an email to sawsconnector@saws.de
with following information:
1.) The CONTENTSERV technical project name
2.) A copy of the SAWSConnector order at CONTENTSERV or the offer number.

Create Account for the License Request

To activate the licence or to use the installer for the first installation, you need an account with our Owl Online Cloud Services: https://owl.saws.de

Click on “Register”

Now enter the licence key you received from us and your user data.

Once you have successfully set up your account, you can use all our online cloud services:

• KWL KI for SAWSConnector (from version 1.14.)
• Online data backup and transfer of configurations between TEST and PROD systems
• Redmine ticket system
• Nextcloud file transfer to customers and colleagues
• …

Reset account for the License Request

If you already have access to https://owl.saws.de or http://redmine.saws.de, you can reset your password via the “Forgot Password?” link!

Activate the SAWSConnectors Licence

You will find the SAWS Licence manager in the SC::Navigator Tab.

Enter the received data and accept the Privacy Policy. Click to “Request License” and you will receive a list of the released sawsconnectors and their expiration date:

Attention!!!

If you update the CS Core license, it may happen that the SAWS connector license is also invalidated. Therefore, always check after updating the CS license whether the SAWSConnector license is still “green”. If not, please execute a new online request.
