Configure manufacturer and vendors

In OXID it is possible to manage manufacturers and vendors. In Contentserv a manufacturer or vendor is a PIM reference attribute usually with its own class.

Vendors and manufacturers don’t need to be be mapped to an OXID ‘article’ type. Because the attribute values of these objects will be delivered to OXID within the product data.

A product (Article) can reference to manufacturer and/or vendor PIM reference attribute.

Configure mapping of manufacturer and vendor

For manufacturers and vendors it is necessary to configure a mapping for images like the logo icon. In the following is an example for the vendor logo icon.

In the following is the mapping for some fields e.g.  oxid, oxactive and the oxicon

Configure „SC::Schleife Schliefenkopf” for the logo attributes.

For the Logo it is necessary to use a second “SC::Schleife, Schleife 2“ to map all specific picture attributes.

If the MamPath is not selected the URL value is empty, but the MamPath has not to transfer.

Each SC::Schleife – Schleifenwert (einzelner Wert) has to be mapped in the same way. For example Object-key url to attribute URL:
