Export several attributes simultaneously

Introduction

With the plugin “Export several attributes simultaneously” you can define a variety of attributes to be considered for a dynamic export of multiple attributes.
A common use case is that there is a group of attributes (e.g. all technical attributes) that need to be exported in dynamic pairs, where all attributes share the same tag and should be exported with their ID or name.

 

Configuration

Field	Explanation
Use datamap value for the output column as a prefix	The checkbox can be used to remove the export column from the base datamap.
Skip empty attributes	If multiple attributes are loaded, empty values on a product can get skipped with this checkbox
Key-format mapping	This is the configuration that will get exported for each attribute that is found by the settings. The rows will be combined and NOT grouped by attributes. There are placeholders that can be used for the mapping.
Export no more than n values	Limitation for the export
Render attributes in all languages only if they are also language dependent	If exported in multiple languages, attributes that are NOT language dependent can get skipped
Filter out all attributes that the object does not have (via class assignment)	Attributes that are not assigned to the product through classes will get skipped
Prioritized: Select attributes directly. Sort order of the attributes here defines priorization in output	Instead of all attributes found by the filter, only selected attributes will get exported
Or: LIKE Filter for ExternalKey of attributes, e.g. to export all “width” fields (e.g. SAP_WIDTH_%).	Filter all found attributes with a LIKE filter on their ExternalKey
Or: Additional filter for tags of attributes	Add a tag filter for all the found attributes
Filter attributes by this type	Filter all found attributes by their attribute type
Sort attributes by thse columns (ascending)	Sortation for all the found attributes

There are multiple placeholders that can be used in the “Key-format mapping”

count / pos	current position in the export
fieldname	name of the current attribute
fieldid	id of the current attribute
fieldexternalkey	external key of the current attribute

 

Example

Exporting all the values from attributes with the tag “Online Shop”. For each attribute the Id, name and value should be exported.
Configuration:

With the “SourceField” you have access to the value of the attribute but you can also export values of an attribute using the “Send property of the current attribute” format plugin.
