number

The <strong>number</strong> field defines a unique product or category.<br/> You can find the field for <strong>products</strong> in shopware under the section:<br/> Items > Overview > Edit > Basic info > Item number
<br/>For <strong>categories</strong> you can find the field under the section:<br/> Items >Categories > Settings >
<br/><strong>Default Settings:</strong>
<br/>
– Category: System-ID:
<br/>
– Caption field in Shopware (number or string without special chars)
<br/>
– Mandatory field, used to identifiy the article or category<br/>
– can not be overwritten in store view<br/>
– i.e. SW11001<br/>
