include_in_menu

The include_in_menu option controls whether the category should be shown in the top navigation of the store’s frontend. You can find the field in magento under the section Catalog > Manage Categories > General Information.
– If set to “Yes”, the category will appear in the frontend- If set to “No”, the category will still be active but accessible only through the direct URL, e.g. www.shopname.com/products/player.html- Values: Yes: 1, No: 0, default: 1- Can be overwritten in STORE VIEW- Non-obligatory
